Job Title : Team Leader
Job Description
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and executing controls of shipping operations within a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
This role involves supervising manpower to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency. The Team Leader will participate in establishing systems, procedures, and standards to consistently exceed customer expectations.
They will also determine necessary improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. This is a full time position.
