Job Summary :

The Client Service Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for real estate clients, brokers, and internal teams within a commercial real estate firm.

This role is crucial for ensuring seamless communication, managing client relationships, and supporting the brokerage and leasing teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Brokerage and Leasing Team Support :

  • Partner with the brokerage and leasing teams to ensure smooth operations of leasing activities and property transactions.
  • Assist brokers with lease negotiations, documentation, and coordination of tenant communications.

Administrative & Operational Support :

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing client databases, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of lease agreements, amendments, and other legal documentation.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., RPA, CPM) or training in commercial real estate is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in a client service, administrative, or support role within commercial real estate (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM / lease management systems (e.g., Yardi, Salesforce, etc.).
