About The Position

Fusion Healthcare Staffing -

  • Average Patients seen : 25 - 30 patients / day in clinic; 35-40 surgeries / month after ramp up
  • Call Schedule : 1 : 4; with 24-hour weekday call and 72-hour weekend call (non-in-house)
  • Sign-On Bonus

Compensation :

  • $350,000 year one base salary
  • Annual increases with the opportunity to earn $550,000 - $650,000 in year 3 after bonuses
  • Partnership opportunity with no buy-in will increase earnings to $650,000+
  • Year-end bonuses are tied to your productivity and collections, with generous payout potential.
  • Robust long-term earning potential : Includes trauma coverage stipends, a draw structure, and multiple bonus streams such as practice and DME bonuses.
