The New Product Operations (NPO) team leads operations within WW Operations and serves as the primary operations interface to the core product development team and other functional organizations at Client. As product owners, NPOs ensure successful launches that meet stated cost, quality, schedule, availability, and customer experience goals. This includes ensuring security, materials, equipment, fixtures, staffing, training, and documentation plans are in place with our manufacturing partners; influencing supply chain responsiveness to optimize cost, flexibility, and quality; and assessing, analyzing, and clearly communicating risk and status to management. NPOs present key issues and resolution options to cross-functional executives through new product reviews and other executive forums.

This role will specifically support Digital Print Operations (DPO) across both NPI and sustaining programs, ensuring smooth and timely execution of critical documentation and approval processes.

Key responsibilities include managing the CAAT tool, maintaining standardized DPO templates, overseeing DPO ECOs, and tracking and securing approvals from key cross-functional stakeholders. The role requires strong organizational & communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to keep DPO activities on schedule.

  • Key Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, and / or program management demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility, including driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Enthusiastic and driven
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships across multiple key stakeholders
  • Detail oriented & organized; able to juggle multiple work streams in parallel
  • Proven ability to grasp complexity quickly and adapt to change seamlessly while delivering project on time
  • Technical expertise and / or prior OEM management experience a plus
