Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Principal Loan Originator at Lendwire located in Boca Raton, FL. As a Principal Loan Originator, you will be responsible for underwriting and originating residential mortgage loans.
Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing loan applications, assessing borrower eligibility, analyzing creditworthiness, and ensuring loan compliance.
You will collaborate with clients, real estate professionals, and lenders to provide exceptional service and tailor loan solutions to meet the needs of borrowers.
Qualifications
- Expertise in underwriting and loan origination
- Strong knowledge of mortgages, finance, and loans
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to assess borrower eligibility and analyze creditworthiness
- Understanding of loan compliance and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., Mortgage Loan Originator license) is a MUST
