Position Overview :
The HR Business Partner plays a key role in aligning HR practices with business goals, providing guidance on employee relations, organizational development, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- ? Act as a consultant to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices
- ? Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions
- ? Drive performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- ? Maintain HRIS data accuracy and leverage UKG for reporting and analytics
- ? Partner with leadership to support talent planning and development
Qualifications :
MUST have experience with UKG Software
