About the Role : Our client, a leading corporate legal department in Dallas, is seeking a highly skilled Contract Paralegal to support ongoing commercial and insurance litigation matters. This role is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced business environment, can manage multiple case files, and assist attorneys with critical case preparation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and organize pleadings, discovery, and case correspondence.
• Assist with document management, including organizing large volumes of commercial contracts and litigation materials.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries for attorney review.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, experts, and insurance carriers.
• Prepare deposition and trial binders; assist with trial preparation as needed.
• Manage deadlines, case calendars, and track case progress in legal software.
