Surgery - General Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiothoracic PA with expertise in Surgery - Cardiovascular. This position is a Locum assignment, offering the opportunity to work in Dothan, Alabama!

This is a Full Continuum of Care Cardiothoracic PA position! Working 2-4 weeks per month!

PA or NP requested to support an employed CV surgeon with rounding in the hospital on post-operative inpatients (2-3 hours per day), and being available to assist in regularly scheduled and emergency surgical procedures. Endoscopic vein harvesting is the primary surgical procedural skill needed for the advanced practitioner who fills this position. EVH system used : Terumo. This will be 24 hour beeper call with at minimum 30 minute response time. Call only. No clinic / office hours needed.

We are looking for a candidate with surgical experience and would also consider an RNFA!
