Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location : Perris, CAPosition Type : Contract (Current School Year)Grade Levels : K-12

This full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity supports a diverse K-12 student caseload at a school setting in Perris, CA. The role is a contract position for the current school year and provides the chance to apply specialized therapeutic skills in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments to identify students functional strengths and needs
  • Track and document student progress in compliance with educational and therapeutic standards
  • Facilitate therapy sessions aimed at improving students motor skills, sensory processing, and independence for academic success

Qualifications :

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) credential with relevant state certification
  • Experience working within K-12 school environments preferred
  • Knowledge of special education regulations and Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaborative work with educators and families
  • Ability to manage a full caseload and maintain detailed documentation
