Responsibilities :

• Develop leads by identifying potential clients in the La Jolla, CA area.
• Participate in training sessions aimed at improving real estate knowledge and skills.
• Persistently follow up on leads until appointments are secured with either a listing or buyer’s agent.
• Maintain regular communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and enhance brand recognition.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards company objectives.
• Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients effectively.
• Utilize a CRM system to ensure accurate and updated customer information for agents.
• Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients.

Qualifications :

• To apply for the position of Entry-Level Real Estate Sales Agent in La Jolla, CA, US, having a valid Real Estate License or being in the process of obtaining one is required.
