Your Responsibilities as a Lead Appliance Repair Technician :
As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are crucial in delivering excellent customer service through high-quality maintenance services for our customers’ appliances. Your primary responsibilities include :
Diagnose and Repair : Identify and fix issues with home appliances and equipment.Provide Estimates : Offer accurate cost estimates for repairs.Customer Communication : Clearly explain the services needed to customers.Manage Parts : Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.Collect Payments : Handle payment collection for completed work.What You Need to Succeed :

Education : High school diploma or equivalent.Licensing : Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Experience : Previous experience of one year or more in appliance repair is a plus!Benefits & Pay :
