The headquarters, located in Wixom, Michigan, is seeking a CNC Machine Maintenance Technician for our first shift (6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 or 4 : 30 PM).
Job Description :
This individual will maintain production and facilities by ensuring proper operation of machinery, electrical hardware, and mechanical equipment.
Must be self-motivated and have the ability to solve practical problems. Also, must deal with a variety of changing situations while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking a team player with a focus on continuous improvement opportunities. Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems would be a definite asset.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintains all CNC machinery to proper working condition, troubleshoots malfunctions, and repairs or replaces faulty components as required.
- Ensures operation of machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on CNC equipment.
- Controls downtime by informing manufacturing personnel of routine preventive maintenance techniques while monitoring compliance.
- Fabricates repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
- Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Strong CNC background experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance is a must.
- At least 3 years of related work experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong track record of hands-on maintenance experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and self-manage required.

- Must be a U.S. person (i.e., U.S. citizen or possess a valid Green Card) and we will require proof of status prior to employment.
