Casual Full Service Growing Industry Leader
Base Salary Target : $65,000 - $70,000, plus overtime and quarterly bonuses

Job Description :
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the development of supporting team members who provide excellent customer service while making certain all team members perform at high levels 100% of the time.
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all operational goals and company initiatives. This person must provide leadership and vision to the staff and always support our mission and values.
This Restaurant Manager will be expected to conduct weekly meetings with the management team, manage multiple departments effectively, oversee the weekly / monthly P&L statements and work with the management team to develop action plans to increase sales and control expenses.

Qualifications :
The Restaurant Manager must have high volume restaurant management experience of at least 2 years
A passion for mentoring and developing others is a must for the Restaurant Manager
A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
The Restaurant Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
Bilingual (English - Spanish) strongly preferred
