Immediate Restaurant Manager

Are you passionate about leading a team in a fun and loving environment?

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to help manage our Dunkin' Team! As a Restaurant Manager, you will provide strong, positive leadership to deliver great guest experiences, operational excellence, and profitable sales. Join us to be part of America's favorite coffee and baked goods stop!

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and develop employees
  • Communicate job expectations and provide coaching
  • Maintain a guest-first culture
  • Ensure shifts are appropriately staffed
  • Control costs to maximize profitability
  • Execute marketing promotions and new product roll-outs

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
  • High School diploma or equivalent
