Are you a seasoned construction professional with a passion for leading complex infrastructure projects? We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the success of large-scale heavy civil construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact work while collaborating with a dynamic team of engineers, superintendents, and field staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project execution including safety, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Manage project financials including pay estimates, cost forecasting, and cash flow.
• Oversee contract administration, change orders, document control, and project meetings.
• Mentor and evaluate project staff to support career development and performance.
• Collaborate with estimating teams to support bidding efforts and secure new work.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction.
