BringFuel - AGRILAND FS is looking for a dedicated self-starter with attention to detail and excellent customer service and communication skills. As a member of our BringFuel and AGRILAND FS team, this individual is responsible for responsible for organizing, maintaining and invoicing national account projects while assisting the Client Services Coordinator to execute a multi-product strategy sales approach.

BringFuel, powered by AGRILAND FS, is a distributor of bulk fuel and lubricants to locations and customers across the country, meeting the needs of various industries, including commercial and industrial construction, equipment rental companies, and disaster and emergency response.

Core Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and execute invoices for customers providing appropriate data and / or reports to quantify each invoice
• Generate customer reports as needed and utilize other technology to improve efficiency
• Communicate all customer expectations to appropriate team members
• Assist SPC in managing data input and export from appropriate fuel management systems
• Maintain all proper billing procedures and project flow including use of pay apps and other appropriate platforms
• Manage product inventory at each site utilizing various software and delivery tracking
