Technology Vendor Specialist

The Role and What You'll Do : The Technology Vendor Specialist will play a central role in shaping and maintaining the operational integrity of our technology systems at On Location. Reporting directly to the Director of System Optimization, this role focuses on strategic, automated workflow execution, tooling lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and operational reporting. The ideal candidate brings a strong process mindset, strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally across departments. Key Responsibilities : Ability to assess vendors for compliance risks and support legal / procurement in documentation reviews SlackOps experience and replacing manual processes with workflow automations (e.g., using Workflow Builder)Experience working in or alongside an enterprise IT, systems, or procurement teamExperience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platform Basic scripting (e.g., Powershell, Python), automation (e.g., Power Automate), and / or integration experience (e.g., Zapier)On Location is at the center of sports and entertainment and is a largely relationship-based business.
