About The Position
Job Title : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Monday-Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 Hours per Week Experience : New Graduates Welcome;
Skilled Nursing Facility Experience Preferred License : State License Required Certifications : Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Must-Have : Prescreen Filled Out- Resume Attached- License Verification Attached- Compliance with COVID Testing Guidelines (72 hours prior test with results 48 hours prior) Job Description : Ensure all prescreen documentation is completed and attached upon submission of your application.
- Attach resume and license verification to the application.- Candidates who do not provide the required documents will be declined.
- COVID test required 72 hours before the start date, with results available 48 hours prior.- Conduct a thorough background check including county, federal, and multi-state criminal searches for the past 7 years.
- Perform a Nationwide Sex Offender Search and checks against HHS / OIG and GSA databases.- Verify Social Security Number Trace, Step PPD / Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray.
- Conduct SAM Search and Department of Justice Clearance (DOJC) every 4 years.- Candidates are required to provide three professional references.
