Job Description

As an Asbestos Worker, you will be responsible for removing hazardous building materials from residential and commercial structures. Your work will involve tasks such as demolition, asbestos, lead paint, and mold remediation.

Responsibilities

• Remove hazardous building materials from structures.
• Perform demolition, asbestos, lead paint, and mold remediation tasks.
• Follow environmental regulations and management practices.
• Conduct asbestos inspections and abatement.
• Wear personal protective suit and respirator in a contained work environment.
• Work in confined areas with high temperatures.
• Perform heavy physical work over prolonged periods.

Work Environment

The role involves working in the construction and environmental field, often in confined spaces and high-temperature areas. You will need to wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including a respirator, and be prepared for local travel within the assigned region.

This is a Permanent position based out of Thousand Oaks, California, performing work throughout Ventura County.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $45760.00 / yr.
