HVAC Superintendent

Responsibilities
- OVERSEE THE INSTALLATION OF COMMERICAL HVAC PROJECTS : Sheet Metal and / or Piping
- Direct and manager field labor and proactively develop a safe and positive work environment
- Ensures proper execution of project specifications
- Communicates with Project Manager & Field Operations Manager about required manpower to meet job schedule
- Attends weekly safety, quality, planning, coordination, CAD, and other job meetings
- Develops and maintains a good relationship with General Contractors
- Involved maintaining project budget
Requirements
- MUST HAVE previous supervision experience over the installation of commercial HVAC projects
- Past Experience MUST be with a contractor that self performs HVAC installation.
- Ability to oversee a group of sheet metal installers over 4-10 active projects
