Customer Service Representative (Days)

This is a Non-Exempt position starting at $16.00 an hour

This role is a Customer Service Representative role in our Security Operations Center, responsible forprocessing incoming signals in adherence to policy and following designated procedures.

Customer Service Representatives will respond and communicate with Interfaces customers in a positive and pleasant manner.

This role is based in our Earth City, MO headquarters.

Training is provided!

Customer Service Representative (Days) :

  • Process incoming alarm signals, example- burglary or fire alarms
  • Dispatch proper authorities and notify responsible parties
  • Run and complete shift reports
  • Communicate with previous shift and handle what needs to be done
  • Answer phones
  • Follow up with customers on problems
  • Control nuisance and / or faulty equipment by issuing service tickets
  • Log all shift activity
  • Train new employees
  • Other duties as assigned by Management
  • Workday shift 5 : 00 AM CST- 1 : 30p CST

Job Requirements

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Previous Customer Service Experience a plus!

SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with customers over the phone in all manner of conditions
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work some holidays
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Computer skills
