Job Description
- Responsible for the oversight of the X-ray, Grinding and other area’s.
- Will drive metrics & Quality.
- Will supervise up to 4 supervisors & 30 hourly.
- Responsible for leadership, development and guidance to all Senior & Junior employees
- Will drive CI projects, compliance, non-conformance issues to ensure production of quality products
Key Requirements
- Must have 5+ years as a Certified, Level 2RT
- Previous Aerospace / Automotive experience Some type of metal part- is required
