About the Role

Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional customer service? Join our team as a Participant Services Specialist I, where you’ll be the first point of contact for plan participants, answering questions about our suite of employee benefit products and the Benefits Card.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle 60–80 inbound calls per day from plan participants
  • Respond to participant inquiries via email (Outlook)
  • Provide accurate information regarding FSA, HSA, HRA, COBRA, and other benefit plans
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve participant issues
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook and navigating multiple systems

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50 / hr.
