Production Operator : Jackson , WI

Our customer in Jackson, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Production Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines, ensuring quality standards, assisting team members, troubleshooting issues, and packaging products for shipment.

Responsibilities of the Production Operator :

• Safely operate machines and use hand or power tools to perform various manufacturing processes.
• Ensure that quality and productivity standards are consistently met.
• Provide assistance to production team members as needed to maintain workflow.
• Follow Part & Material Verification (PCP) procedures for product accuracy.
• Collaborate with Process Technicians regarding product quality and job status.
• Count, package, and label products for shipment in compliance with customer specifications.

Production Operator Requirements and Qualifications :

Pay for Production Operator : Starting at $19.00 / hour.

Production Operator Benefits :

Type : 2nd Shift, Full-time

Schedule : Monday - Friday from 1 : 50pm - 10 : 00pm.
