Duties and Responsibilities :
Parco is looking for an experienced and driven Customer Service Associate to perform the below responsibilities :
- Support Senior CSR with for all order management activities (e.g. portal inputs, delivery information, ASNs, DOP schedule changes)
- Order entry under supervision of Senior CSR
- Work closely with cross functional areas to manage customer satisfaction levels from time of order placement through order fulfillment.
- Intake and manage customer issues for Key Accounts under CSR oversight
- Under established guidelines, act independently and determine when escalation is needed
- Will included management of some accounts as needed
- Other related duties as required.
Qualifications :
- Customer facing experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel intermediate level)
- Strong consideration for a candidate with SAP experience
- Must possess strong math skills, including but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication and division in all units of measure
- Extremely organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude
- Effective, professional communication style, both oral and written
