Description :

EOW / EOHRTO : Blackout dates for requested time off are mid-November to mid-January.

Candidates can still be submitted but may be denied if they have requested time off during this period.

Holiday rotation is expected.

Weekend makeup shifts will be required for call-ins on weekends and / or requested time off that extends beyond the scheduled weekend.
