Job Description :

As a Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst at Augmentjobs, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's compliance posture and managing risk across all business units.

You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and external laws.

This role requires strong analytical skills, an in-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks, and the ability to communicate complex issues effectively to senior management.

Key Responsibilities :

Risk Management : Identify, evaluate, and monitor risks across the organization. Develop risk mitigation strategies and work with stakeholders to implement necessary controls.

Compliance Monitoring : Ensure that the company's operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance issues.

Regulatory Reporting : Prepare and submit regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.

Policy Development : Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of company policies and procedures related to risk management and compliance.

Incident Management : Investigate and respond to compliance-related incidents, breaches, or violations. Recommend corrective actions and oversee their implementation.

Training and Awareness : Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee awareness of compliance and risk management practices.

Vendor Risk Management : Assess and monitor the compliance and risk management practices of third-party vendors. Ensure that vendors meet the company'

s standards for risk management and compliance.

Internal Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including Legal, Finance, and IT, to ensure a cohesive approach to risk management and compliance.

Reporting and Documentation : Prepare detailed reports for senior management, outlining risk assessments, compliance issues, and recommended actions.

Maintain comprehensive records of all risk management and compliance activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.

g., CRISC, CISA, or CISSP) is preferred.

Experience : 5 to 8 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, with a strong background in regulatory compliance and risk assessment.

Regulatory Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, or other relevant frameworks.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex data and identify potential risks and compliance issues.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.

Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

Technology Proficiency : Proficient in risk management software, compliance tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms is a plus.

Ethics and Integrity : High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all compliance and risk management activities.

Team Collaboration : Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
