SUMMARY
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide professional patient care to long-term and post-acute care residents at Clifton Springs Nursing Home.
You will lead and monitor the care provided by CNAs and ensure proper documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patient Care & Service : Collaborate with physicians and team members, perform treatment procedures, and provide support to patients and families
- Documentation : Ensure complete resident care documentation
- Supports CNA team : Supervise and support CNAs in providing care
- Medication Administration & Reporting : Administer medication and report to appropriate staff
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS :
BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA), LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and / or 10 to 25 pounds frequently
PAY RANGE : $26.50 - $32.50 per hour
The listed base pay range is a representation of potential base pay and may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience and location.
