Pridestaff is in search of a Data Entry Specialist. The perfect candidate for this role is detail oriented, flexible, and willing to learn.

Data Entry Clerk team member is responsible for the following :

Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, some OT 8-5

Pay Rate : $17 / hr

Remote / Onsite : On-site

Duration : Temp to Hire

Responsibilities :

Enter PO’s and Quotes into System

Learn how to use the CRM system

Fill back-orders as needed

Communicate with coordinators regarding order discrepancies

Maintain and organize high volume of emails

Inspect orders for accuracy / completeness & resolves inconsistencies

Process all freight quotes for future shipments

Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry.

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Maintain a low loss percentage through data entry accuracy

Learn product lines, how to read customer PO’s and SKU’s

Notifies supervisor of any irregularities or discrepancies in inventory.

Proven experience as data entry clerk or administrative assistant
