Implementation Specialist

We’re hiring an Implementation Specialist for a strictly temporary assignment through January. If you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Excel and high-volume work, this is a great opportunity to gain exposure to sales, underwriting, and policy administration in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.

What You’ll Do :

• RFP Intake & Underwriting Prep
• Manage intake and organization of partner RFPs
• Verify data accuracy and maintain records in HubSpot
• Support underwriting teams with timely, complete submissions
• Policy Implementation & QA
• Coordinate policy issuance and ensure compliance
• Conduct quality checks and submit data for policy processing
• Maintain documentation accuracy and completeness
• Client Interaction
• Communicate with TPAs and agencies to gather missing information
• Escalate sensitive issues to underwriters as needed
• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• Ensure smooth handoffs and information exchange
• Process Improvement
• Recommend enhancements to intake and implementation workflows
• Support reporting and analysis efforts

💵 Pay : $23–$25 / hr.
