Our Shift Schedules

A Shift (front half days) - 6am - 6 : 15pm, Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday

B Shift (front half nights) - 6pm - 6 : 15am Sunday - Tuesday and every other Saturday (+15% shift differential).

C Shift (back half days) – 6am – 6 : 15pm, Thursday – Saturday and every other Wednesday

D Shift (back half nights) – 6pm – 6 : 15am, Wednesday – Friday and every other Saturday

(+ 15% shift differential).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Education, Experience, And Skills Required

The pay range for this role in Baldwin Park, CA is between $23.25 and $31.50 plus overtime and shift differential for night shifts (15%). The pay range may differ in other locations. FormFactor maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in education, training, skills, relevant work experience, business needs and market demands. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Benefits offered for this role include medical, dental, vision, EAP, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending and savings accounts, 401(k), ESPP and paid time off.
