Responsibilities
- Assist Account Manager in managing a book of Commercial Lines business
- Grow client loyalty and build relationships through excellent service
- Support handling renewals, new policies, billing and claims requests
- Maintain understanding of market
Requirements
- 5 years minimum Commercial Lines experience
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Strong computer skills
- Self motivated, team player that maintains a sense of urgency
