Job Title : Project Manager
Job Description
Working on Federal Government Projects. Lead the project by working closely with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers (APMs), and Superintendents (Team of 6).
Manage client expectations by providing continuous communication on project budget and schedule. Run comprehensive project schedules.
Oversee the submittal, change order, and pay request process. Collaborate with field superintendents and subcontractors to ensure a smooth project schedule.
Mediate field conflicts between subcontractors. Negotiate and write contracts with subcontractors and vendors. Expedite permitting with state and local government agencies.
Organize project weather logs, safety reports, and daily Superintendent reports.
Hard Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering (Plus)
- 3+ years of Construction experience
- Experience working with a General Contractor (GC)
- Project experience with Federal Government
