Essential Functions and Position Responsibilities :
- Design & Create wireframes for application developers to increase overall user experience satisfaction
- Identify User Frustration / Pain Points and create a roadmap to resolve them
- Modernize outdated / legacy websites to increase SEO / drive traffic
- Identify online marketing opportunities to promote brand awareness
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and compatible with various browsers
Position Requirements and Qualifications :
- College education focusing on UI / UX Design
- 10 years of relevant work experience in UI / UX Design
- 5 years of experience with HTML / JS / React
- 3 years of development in Windows & Linux Environment
- Understanding of SEO / SERP / Google Analytics / Google Ads

Physical Requirements and Work Environment :
- This position is permanently remote
- Work involves sedentary to light work in a home office setting. There is a frequent need to stand, stoop, walk, sit, lift light objects (up to 10 pounds), and perform other similar actions during the workday
- Frequent speaking, listening, using a headset, sitting, use of hands / fingers across keyboard or mouse, and extended periods working at a computer
- High-speed internet connection with full video conferencing capacity and bandwidth for VPN access
