Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience, with a base in public accounting. Experience in the construction and real estate industries is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
