The Finance Analyst position is an entry-level position. The Financial Analyst coordinates and supports the accounting and reconciliation of all financial data.

The position ensures data is properly recorded and reported timely, accurately, and in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures and business rules.

Compensation And Benefits

For this California, United States-based position, the expected hourly rate is $30.00.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly financial reconciliation reports.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with internal control policies and procedures.
• Assist in ensuring financial procedures, internal controls, and money handling are GAAP-compliant.
• Assist in ensuring all month-end financial deadlines are met.
• Assist in ensuring all financial functions as they pertain to CSC operations are met.
• Conduct variance analysis.
• Other tasks and special projects to assist the Finance Manager on an as-needed basis.

What You Bring to the Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent of five years of financial analysis and accounting experience.
• Experience performing accounting and / or revenue analytic functions.
• Must demonstrate good working knowledge of GAAP.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in QuickBooks preferred.
• Competence in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced features of Excel (pivot tables, charts, advanced calculations, etc.).
• Ability to work independently to complete multiple projects and activities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with management, colleagues, and vendors.
