Veterinary Rehabilitation CSR

About the role :

We’re seeking an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative who thrives in a multitasking, learning-forward environment. You’ll be the check out detail dynamo at the front desk, the calm, organized center during busy times, and a key partner to our rehab team.

What you’ll do :

• Greet clients and patients with genuine warmth; create a safe, fear-free experience from check-in to checkout.
• Manage phones, emails, and texts; schedule multi-appointment rehab plans with precision.
• Educate clients on therapy plans, home care, and what to expect before / after sessions.
• Coordinate records with referring DVMs; obtain histories, imaging, and updates.
• Process payments and estimates; maintain accurate medical and client records.
• Our employees love to learn!  Rehab is a field that there is always something new.
• Our ideal CSR is asking questions so that he or she can continue to offer better information to our clients
• Meet clients and a pets where they are on that day.  (We all feel like a snarky Chihuahua sometimes).
• Many of our clients comment on how much we laugh and what a fun job we have.  We think, “what’s not to like?”

Our caseload :

Post-op orthopedics & neurosurgery.

Conservative therapy for cruciates and IVDD.

~50% of our patients are beloved senior pets focused on mobility and quality of life.

What you’ll bring :

Required : Experience working in veterinary medicine (front desk, assistant, or tech background all welcome).

Fear-Free mindset; excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills.

Strong multitasking and prioritization—while preserving each patient’s individualized experience.

Curiosity and coachability—you love asking questions and learning something new every week.
