A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage relationships with mid-market customers and ensure long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of large mid-market accounts, building trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Drive adoption of solutions, ensuring customers achieve measurable ROI and business outcomes
Proactively monitor account health, identify risks, and develop action plans to mitigate churn
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment, preferably with mid-market or enterprise customers
Strong track record of driving retention and achieving NRR targets
Ability to build trusted, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing
Proficiency with customer success platforms; Planhat experience is a plus
