Role : Engineering Manager
Salary : Up to $200,000 per annum plus 10% bonus
Location : New Jersey, but open to hiring candidates from anywhere on the East Coast

About the Role :
Our client are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to join their dynamic team. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring the engineering team to deliver innovative software solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the engineering team, ensuring they have clear goals, expectations, and the necessary support to achieve them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure the team adheres to best practices in software development and engineering methodologies.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role.
- Strong technical skills and understanding of software development processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
