Pharmacist
Pharmacist (Acute Care Hospital)
This position will be responsible for :
- Conducting drug utilization reviews
- Consulting with medical practitioners on prescription orders, patient reactions, and errors
- Relying on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
- Performing a variety of tasks
- Reporting to a manager or supervisor
Education :
Bachelor's degree required, Pharm. D degree preferred
License / certification :
- Must be a registered pharmacist
