VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), in partnership with the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Michigan Medical School, is actively recruiting for a full-time, primarily outpatient psychiatrist at the Clinical Instructor level or higher.
As part of this full-time outpatient position, 20% of the position is dedicated to working with the Intensive Community Mental Health Recovery Rural Access Network for Growth Enhancement (RANGE) program, working with chronic mentally ill veterans.
Basic Requirements :
- United States Citizenship : Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
- Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
- Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
