A company is looking for a Temporary Contract Analyst (Commissions).

Key Responsibilities

Manage payout calculations for assigned commissioned roles

Support calculations for additional roles as required

Assist with the migration to a new compensation tool, including parallel testing and documentation gathering

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in commissions, sales operations, or sales strategy

Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, pivot tables)

Familiarity with SQL is a plus

Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Strong organizational skills
