The Role

This is Bridge’s first dedicated finance hire, reporting directly to the CEO. You will be the steward of Bridge’s financial health — designing the infrastructure, processes, and analytic discipline that allow us to scale rapidly without surprises. You’ll work cross-functionally (Growth, Product, RCM, Operations, Legal) to ensure that financial data isn’t just backward-looking, but forward-leaning : driving decisions, informing growth levers, and building trust with investors. As the company grows, you’ll own opportunities to shape financial products or services for our clinic partners.

Responsibilities

• Build Financial Foundations : Own financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and unit economics to guide strategic decisions.
• Manage Revenue & Payouts : Ensure accurate, timely partner payouts and reliable revenue operations, including payer rate cards and pricing support.
• Oversee Treasury, Accounting & Financial Compliance : Manage tax and accounting vendors including running monthly close, and maintain financial controls.
• Support Fundraising & Reporting : Deliver investor and board reporting, scenario planning, and fundraising materials.
• Partner Cross-Functionally : Work with Growth, Product, and RCM teams to embed financial data into decisions and product strategy.
• Team Growth & Strategy : This role will be crucial in strategically scaling our team to match our rapid growth.

Pay Transparency

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $168,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience / qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Bridge’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Bridge has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.

Location

Our preference is towards individuals that can join us in-person in Boulder, CO. Our ideal weekly schedule is 3 days in-office and 2 day working remotely.
