  • The Entry-Level Business Development Risk Advisor plays a pivotal role in our team by developing and establishing client relationships while learning the fundamentals of risk management.

    This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to kick-start their career in the insurance industry.

    Primary Job Responsibilities :

    • Learn and understand the basics of risk management and insurance principles through comprehensive training programs.
    • Assist in prospecting, soliciting, and proposing new business opportunities with the guidance of experienced Risk Advisors.
    • Support senior team members in building and maintaining relationships with clients and midsize businesses.
    • Participate in sales pipeline development by identifying and qualifying potential prospects.
    • Develop and maintain a professional network to expand opportunities for new business.
    • Utilize sales tools and methods provided to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
    • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
    • Build a book of business.

    Requirements :

    • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed in a sales-driven industry.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
    • Willingness to obtain required licenses and certifications during the training period.
    • Possess a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation.

    Education, Work Experience, and Knowledge :

    • No previous insurance experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
    • At least two years of business-to-business sales experience, including selling to executives and senior-level management, preferably in the industrial or construction industry.
    • Ability to demonstrate initiative, drive, and a willingness to learn.
    • Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
