Project Manager - Site Development

T&M Associates is currently seeking a highly motivated Site Civil / Site Development Engineer to join our firm as a Project Manager.

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with in-office collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for senior level engineer to manage multiple mid-to-large scale site development projects including technical oversight, scope / schedule / budget tracking & projection, client communication, municipal hearing attendance / testimony, preparation of proposals and project workplans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in either Civil or Environmental field is required.
  • 8+ years of experience in Site Development
  • Professional Engineering License required.
  • Design Experience specific to site development and specifically stormwater management
  • Knowledge of Pennsylvania Land Use approval & regulatory permitting process
  • Previous experience with comprehensive project management involving both small and large-scale budgets highly desired.
  • Candidates must be adept at working collaboratively while building strong working relationships with our clients and staff members.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills are required.
