- Assist patients in performing exercises and daily activities as directed by the physical therapist. - Monitor patient progress and report on outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress. - Work effectively with other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards. - Provide compassionate patient support and care during physical therapy sessions.
