Responsibilities
- Client Engagement : Interact with customers to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Support and Marketing : Assist in selling insurance policies and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Policy Administration : Manage policy renewals, updates, and customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Service : Address client concerns, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge : Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to better serve clients.
Requirements
- Licensing : Possess or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 60 days of employment (tuition paid by the company).
- Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player : Collaborate effectively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive work culture.
