  • YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY :

    The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in managing all culinary operations of the restaurant.    Primary duties and responsibilities include :

  • Ensures strict compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen
  • Maintains exceptionally high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring every dish meets the restaurant’s prestigious reputation
  • Continuously innovates and inspires the culinary team, encouraging creativity and excellence
  • Supports innovative menus that highlight seasonal and premium ingredients
  • Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff to keep the team running smoothly
  • Help manage food prep, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and food quality with culinary team
  • BACKGROUND PROFILE :

  • 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef with an upscale casual or fine dining full-service restaurant
  • Able to work under pressure with ease, especially during very busy meal periods
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate, energetic, detail oriented, and a love for hospitality
