Overview

Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions of the Human Resources department as assigned. These functions may include, but not be limited to business operations, clerical, reception, and employee scheduling.

Job Responsibilities

Acts as receptionist for Human Resources Department

Greet visitors and direct them according to their needs

  • Answers phone calls and voicemails to the HR Office
  • Assists with set up of new hire orientation
  • Manages student shadowing process

    • Coordinates and administers all office supplies and materials.

    Documents HR documents in Workday system

    Collects I-9 information for new hires

    Provides support to HR teammates

    Performs other responsibilities as assigned

    Minimum Qualifications

    High School Diploma or GED

    No Supervisor Experience

    Work Shift

    Day Shift (United States of America)
