I understand that my driving record may be checked with the Department of Motor Vehicles, Division of Drivers' Licenses, State of California.

I am submitting this application with the understanding that it will be kept in the active file for ninety days from date hereof.

I understand that nothing contained in the application, or conveyed during any interview which may be granted or during my employment, if hired, is intended to create an employment contract between me and the company.
